Did you know

Sodium phosphate has caused serious kidney damage in some people. In some cases, this damage was permanent, and some people whose kidneys were damaged had to be treated with dialysis (treatment to remove waste from the blood when the kidneys are not working well). Some people developed kidney damage within a few days after their treatment, and others developed kidney damage up to several months after their treatment. Tell your doctor if you are constipated, you have severe stomach pain or bloating, you think you may be dehydrated (have lost a lot of fluid from your body), or you have or develop symptoms of dehydration such as vomiting, dizziness, decreased urination, and headache. Mc. Donalds has this in it.

I was told that if you have a headache a decent amount of fish will make the headache go away.

Other than headache, another common problem that is quite bad is memory problems. As some people don't believe that cream's and supplements don't work eventhough some people in the shops say it works in an instant. Oyestesrs help improve your mental functioing by supplying much needed zink.

Peaches are very dangerous........... This favourite juicy summer fruit can be dangerous because the peach fuzz makes it difficult to clean off all the pesticides

Did you know that the N1. food that makes you sick is chicken because more than 40% of chicken samples containing bacteria which can sicken
Eventhough chicken is yum and so tasty how do you know what's on my plate. They could have put special products in it, how would you know if it tastes the same.
I'm not trying to say don't eat chicken ever again it's just a warning.

When you come on please post comments or ask me a question about the topic

Starting Off

For my assignment this term I have chosen to focus on what types of foods have a positive impact on ill people. I will study different ingredients and how they help treat certain illnesses. I will then explore and show how these ingredients can be used in other recipes.
